Day by Day: Armageddon
This is actually my second time reading this. There's a second and third in the series, so I wanted to refresh this in my mind. I highly recommend this to anyone who enjoys zombies and/or journal style novels. It may seem like an odd concept, but it works really well.

Death to the Ultrasmurfs!! I'm all about the Flesh Tearers, a branch off chapter of the Blood Angels. The Black Templar are also awesome.
I have a WH40k novel about the Dark Angels, it's called Angels of Darkness. When you finish the Ultrasmurfs Omnibus, we should trade books for a little while Mo.

Altered Carbon by Richard K. Morgan
One of the best books I have ever had the pleasure of reading. Altered Carbon is a gritty fast paced sci-fi action/detective story set on a far future version of earth where death has became something of an inconvenience to those who can afford new bodies (sleeves). Takeshi Kovacs (protagonist) is contracted to investigate the death of Laurens Bancroft, which has been dismissed as suicide by everyone except Laurens Bancroft his employer.
Thought provoking and entertaining at the same time, the philosophical questions about mortality never become too heavy for the casual reader, not due to a lack of depth but because Richard Morgan isn't above splattering someones brains across a wall to make a meaningful point.
Packed full of mystery, sex, drugs and violence this book will pull you in and will have you craving more after every chapter. A must buy. <3

I just picked up a book last night called The Immortal Rules. No idea what it's about but it seemed interesting so I bought it. Which is why I buy a lot of things. Because it looks cool. Which is why I never have money anymore.

I'm going to end up breaking down and reading the last got book soon. I've already downloaded the sneak peek and it's AWESOME AND SUCKED ME IN.
I also need to pick up the rest of the wheel of time books. I read the eye of the world and got super into it.
I took a break from books for the summer because I don't function when I'm reading and I had stuff to do... So I'm with the TV guide guy at the moment. :3
