Even though I have made my opinon of X1 clear on Twitter *24 hour Rant* I am trying hard to look at bright spots. Snap feature could be nice to pull up Guides and walkthroughs from TA and X360A or YouTube content.

If I do buy a new system its probably going to be the ps4, the whole used game fee makes me pretty angry. Say my roommate buys a new single player game and finishes it I have to pay a fee just to try it out and won't this kill rental stores and redbox also? Greed has no limits I guess.

I don't need to, I'm not getting one. For the sake of argument, I meant for everyone to start out the same and go from there. Not me alone starting at zero, but everyone. Which is why I said separate score for 360 and xboner. Now that microsoft's console is well known and a major player, the gamerscore competition would be more fierce and more interesting.
It's just funny how many things they made a part of this thing I have zero interest in. It's almost like I'm too old for consoles now.

Ahh more news I didn't think about and in the end is just going to cost more as I can't stand audio from the TV.

My thoughts exactly. I found the "reveal" more humorous than anything & just kept thinking I'm too old for this shit.
Just noticed the source for the article is Snapple's mom....Classic Meta

I definitely think I'm going to pass on this console, at least for a while, anytime I get a game and I beat it I pass it on to my brother who usually gets more play out of the games than I do, not being able to do that with the new console is just ANOTHER strike on the long list of 'oh fuck off Microsoft'...

I've been calling it the "Xone" but XBoner is way better.
I am definitely in the camp of waiting about a year for price drop, must-have games (Gears 4 for me personally) and whatever kinks and bugs will come with the new system.
Right now the 360 still has a huge catalog of fun stuff and there is just too much other great gaming on PC and other systems for me to justify getting an Xboner day 1. Even though it would be fun to get right in on it.
There is just nothing to it that makes it a must-have yet. Not for anyone that is primarily interested in games, anyway. The fact that it can serve as a capture device is great, especially if it will be pulling frames and audio straight from the system buffer and then let you tailor the compression, but that isn't enough for me to shell out the $500 this thing will likely cost.
And yeah, it's hard not to like Snap's Mom. She's a classy lady that stays on top of gaming trends.

Agree with what Meta said, especially about Snap's mom of course . They said they're still going to be supporting the 360 (who knows for how long) and the launch titles don't seem all that great so far anyways, not to mention Battlefield 4 will be releasing on 360 right before the One comes out so I'll be occupied with BF4 for a few months or so on and off since I already preordered it. I don't know who they're trying to cater to, 10 years olds who can't even buy their own things let alone a 4-500 dollar console? They need to get their shit together and get back to making GAMING consoles for GAMERS, I have a fucking laptop I use every day for that other bullshit, and a smartphone
