Wtf, why would they announce it after?? Was it another live video after the main reveal?

because it was an hour long and clearly didn't have enough time for it. links have been posted for articles that were clearly written before the press conference, just had to release them until after the reveal.

Well I have a video about an official statement from the Vice President of MS.

There was a press conference answering this question and the Used Game Fee Question (which has also been confirmed) after the Event.

How much does Xbox One cost?

500gb hard-drive? I've had my 320gb hard-drive for a few years and I still have 223gb left with 5+ years of DLC, about ten 8gb games installed and other shit. Looks like I'll be keeping my 360's until they both break and then I may consider the new console. If everything carries over, what's the point of switching right away?

games are going to be on blu ray discs with much bigger installs.

They'll be like 20-30 gigs a piece then!

yeah, i definitely think a terabyte hdd would of made the most sense, but the system shows a usb on the side, which could be for an external HDD add on possibly, which would be sweet.

Now exactly my point, I was thinking of getting it on launch but no backwards compat and unclear on used game stuff, all it would be is an "upgrade to seamless entertainment" I still have 200 games to play for the 360, even if I beat one every day I would still be past the launch date, may as well keep playing 360 until the price for it drops. Will be no less than $400 at launch is my bet.

Yeah, within like two minutes after the actual event ended, they addressed the "always on" controversy. That was pretty much my primary concern and it was answered afterwards.
I think a lot of the controversial aspects (backwards compatibility, used games, etc) weren't included in the event because time constraints obviously, but also its going to be difficult to please everyone.
I suspect the GameStop employees in the audience would have let out collective sighs of cat gasps mixed with hissing. I think the general idea is to use the event to focus on the features that the majority of folks would perceive as desirable.
But I still think Kinect blows.
