Except that they smoke and release the carcinogens into the air and air isn't something you can confine with a sign.
And mudkip is right- there are a lot of smokers who feel entitled. I feel like I have a right, as someone who chooses not to smoke, to never get smoke in my lungs.
People's rights only extend as far as the rights of the next guy. If you smoke in your house or your car, that's your business. But public places should be clean.
