My problem with upgrading my phone is that within 6 months, a better, more awesome phone comes out and I'm locked into my crappy, outdated phone for 18 more months. It's balls.
At least I'm not Evol, who bought a brand new wp7 phone the month before wp8 phones were announced. That would suck.
