Wait a minute - you need to share how it is you have accomplished getting anything free from them.
I've gotten free stuff too. Usually months of gold, and once I got an xbox serviced for free even though their system said it wasn't under warranty.
Microsoft has a bad reputation, but they do seem to care about keeping customers happy.
The key is to get someone from their
American customer service desk- the overseas workers don't give a shit.
+1 for the American service agents. It took me 5-6 calls about The Wolf Among Us when I got double charged, finally I got someone from the U.S. and it was handled in 45 seconds.

You know Kat that mighy have something to do with it...cause I usually hang up and call bac until I get an American on the phone.....it's very frustrating trying to get customer service from someone you can't understand 90% of the time
I totally agree. I have a hard time even ordering Chinese food because it turns into a shouting match haha.

So I finally got the update for galaxy that was out for a while and it fucking blows. Made the Internet on my phone completely unstable.

Root your phone and install a Custom Rom like Jellybomb Domination or Sacs Custom Rom, so many customization options and thousands of tweaks.

I want Applebee's because I want the Parmesan steak and shrimp. But I don't want to pay $17 for it.

There is a way you can avoid paying the $17 for it. Dine and dash it. I would not recommend it if you are naturally a slow runner or in your case where they might be a potential hazard of your meatbags beating you in the face as you tried to make your escape.

They're not skippable? Ubisoft let you skip ACIV's credits, I imagine they'd be similar.
