They usually offer a free one month gold & I tell them that ain't good enough and voila free game.....I've gotten some arcade games (can't remember which ones) but the best one I've ever got was a copy of halo reach during the launch month.....just remember the key word is racism

I've gotten free stuff too. Usually months of gold, and once I got an xbox serviced for free even though their system said it wasn't under warranty.
Microsoft has a bad reputation, but they do seem to care about keeping customers happy.
The key is to get someone from their American customer service desk- the overseas workers don't give a shit.
