I'm not really surprised mp got announced for this game.
If it's remotely as good as Mass Effect 3's MP this will be a great addition. Otherwise it's a waste of content space.
I have to agree, I knew EA would find a way to shoe-horn it in. I am dubious but hopeful.

Apparently the co-op will be separate from the sp story, the items, exp and so on will all be locked to the mp mode(according to a story from a site a checked out earlier)

I'm really excited about Inquisition. Say what you want about DAII but it had "Wtf" moments aplenty. I hope 3 has just as many surprises.

I've already got my preorder pickup plan set. The 18th is my last day of class for this month, so I get out of class at 1pm then it's immediately on over to GameStop to pickup my game then it's back to the house to play it nonstop until I have to go back to class.

I like with Dragon Age / Mass Effect games that I already plan out / intend to do like 3 playthroughs-- so I'm organizing what race/gender to start with, who to romance. Especially with the (nightmare difficulty) achievement, you'll need at least 2 playthroughs to see a fair amount of it.

The reviews for Inquisition are looking very good, suspiciously so. What they are saying does sound pretty great.
The recurring comments paint it as big, depthy, lots of stuff to do in a variety of "sandboxes".
I'm fucking 'cited. I peed a little bit.

One reviewer said that it took him 98 hours just to beat the story and he didn't do even half the side missions. Also you can continue playing it after you beat it. Which is nice. One thing that sucks is having to finish the game on Insanity for an achievement/trophy.

I'm excited for it, but I find some of those reviews questionable. One of the ps4 ones sounds like it was written by Po, the dragon warrior! "It's bodacious in its awesomeness! You may have been down on the 2nd, but this makes everything better and gives you a pony!" Idk.
I like this one "An excellent return to form for the Dragon Age series, and the biggest and most ambitious Western role-player since the new generation began."
That, my friends, is a fucking high bar.

I'm so stoked for this game, it can't get here fast enough. We've got 6 more days to find out if the reviews are spot on or if they've missed the mark.
