Mine specifically said it does not import save data, so I had to make all the choices manually. I'm pretty sure that was Bioware's official stance on it, so make sure you specifically check to make sure- and there's extra DA2 choices in the (DA Inquisition) tab, from the end of DA2.
The only thing I couldn't remember off-hand, was that legacy DA2 DLC- about the corrupted demon things, who I sided with, but then I vaguely remembered it.
There were an odd amount of Taris choices, maybe she'll come back.

I’ve done some experimenting on different playthroughs. I haven’t covered all of the bases, but I really loved the path to Cassandra’s romance arc (a fetch quest associated with it that had me laughing out loud). I also romanced Iron Bull, and it seems like that’s more of a casual sex thing than some sort of profound romantic connection.
How's the romance system compared to previous entries in the series and Mass Effect? — Nick Ransbottom
Pretty familiar. You talk to characters, and occasionally select romance-related dialogue options. However, I do like the fact that the whole "friendship meter" is gone; you don't see your relationship quantified, though you do get notifications when you do something that pleases or displeases a character. That doesn't appear to impact your ability to do their sidequests, and it seems like you can’t fully engage in the relationship until you do these personal errands for your object of affection. Those quests are focused on that character and do a lot to flesh out their personalities and histories, so I’d recommend doing them even if you don’t want to get romantic.
Is it possible to have any romance with Hawke? Is it possible to make him/her mad enough to either hate or fight you? — Rand Moser

weird, it figured out my choices, maybe it scans your achievements or something? idk
started it up today, it looks amazing.
I think i'm gonna change my class though, not fond of the 2 handed weapon class already.

Weird, earlier today I logged in & had to do everything manually. I just logged in now, and now it's syncing all my Dragon Age data. Since I beat both games on America and Japanese versions under the same account, will be interesting to see what they sync up-

Dragon Age: Inquisition
Welcome to the quest for the Red Lyrium Reapers! As with any quest, there's bound to be treasure at the end of the journey, and this adventure is no exception. By watching specially created Dragon Age: Inquisition videos and discovering hidden elements in them, you can unlock a bonus weapons pack to use in the game!
How does it work? Follow these steps below and you'll be well on your way!
1. Begin your quest at Dragon Age: Inquisition (http://quest.dragonage.com) from a desktop computer. Make sure that you're logged in to your Origin account. You'll need to do so to save your progress and acquire the weapons pack at the end.
2. From the quest home page, select Vivienne's character card to watch the first video in the series.
3. Now that you've watched the video, you're ready to move on to Vivenne's Inquest, where your skills of observation come into play. The keys at the bottom of the page represent the number of hidden elements you still have left to find.
4. Did you find one of the hidden elements? Awesome! You'll notice that one of the keys has turned into an image representing the item you've discovered. You can click on that item a little later on to revisit it.
5. Once you've found all three hidden elements, the Inquest is complete. However, your quest has only begun! To earn the Red Lyrium Reapers, you'll have to achieve the rank of Knight by unveiling all three companions and the Inquisitor.
6. After you've completed all three character Inquests, the final feat is unlocked: the Inquisitor!
7. Congratulations! Only the most powerful and cunning of leaders has made it this far. Can you complete the final Inquest? For each hidden element you find during this phase, you're one step closer to your boon.
8. Once you have completed this challenge, you will have earned the rank of Knight. We salute you, noble warrior!

Played around 50 hours I believe I just got Skyhold a few hours ago. I'm too busy exploring, collecting shards and doing everyone's sidequests.
*EDIT* I was actually 60 hours into it when I wrote that. Now I'm close to 70. Finished everything in the first open area you get to explore. Working on another currently. I'm level 16 and just now unlocked specializations. Then you have to do a quest to actually get one. Glad you can re-spec anytime you need to.

I played 50 multiplayer missions... and single player I'm still in the Redcliffe starting area (1st area after the prologue)... but I'm doing all the rifts and side missions I can-- went back to the Keep to sell gear. Probably can complete the whole area soon, before doing the main mission. I'm doing the 1st playthrough on Hardened, a bit of a challenge, but not too hard yet.
Nobody else but me is doing the multiplayer... I mentioned before, it's really fun, happy to group up. When you prestige a class, every class gets a stat boost. Finding parties is pretty easy.
