ATM- 3/5, not the best campy horror movie i have ever seen but still worth a watch.
one missed call-4/5, great spooky horror flick, really ended up enjoying it a lot.
the devil inside-2/5, skip it, huge disappointment, just another wasted shock flick that's all bark.

Awesome film...Jeff Bridges did a helluva job in it
Just watched A History Of Violence 7/10
A little slow paced, and I was a little biased as I had just watched Eastern Promises (9/10 BTW)
9. Predator 2 – not too awful, but, man is it cheesy. Gary Busey pretty much has one of the worst lines ever, and just his very presence is almost enough to warrant a lower score. I’ll go 4/10, just simply for the fact that the creature is awesome.
8. Alien – I’m far too young to appreciate the originality of this one, I guess. It’s just soooo slow, and a bit too long. I can respect what it did for sci-fi, but that’s about it. 5/10
7. Alien 3 – ehh, I thought it was alright. I need to watch the director’s cut, as this one seems sorely lacking in plot, which I hear was cut substantially for the theatrical release. It doesn’t flow very well at all, and they killed off a (what I thought was) main character way too quickly. 6/10
6. Aliens – I thought it was pretty solid up until the last 20 minutes or so, and then it just got weird and cheesy. It has a lot of action, but I just began to get really tired of it. I don't have a hard time with longer films, but this one seemed a little unnecessarily long, as most of his movies do, to me at least.
5. Alien vs. Predator – yeah, that’s right. I ranked these over the originals. What’s up? I enjoyed the direction they took the series in, and the only people who don’t like these are those who jizz their shorts every time the earlier films are mentioned (read: Fanboys), so who cares? 6/10
4. Alien vs. Predator: Requiem – tried playing a little too many different games, and introduced far too many fodder characters. I liked it a little better than the original, mostly just because of the increased body count. 6/10
3. Alien Resurrection – a pretty fun film, but it doesn’t really stand out. I thought they brought together a pretty talented cast, and they all fit the bill of their respective characters well. 7/10
2. Predators – see above. 7/10
1. Predator – one of my favorite pure action movies. It’s a pretty simple premise, but they carried it out really well, and Arnold was really great in it. The last 30 minutes or so are outstanding. 8/10
So yeah, I didn't enjoy the Alien movies as much as I thought I would.
Predator > Alien.

you always do that
Not usually a huge fan of the low budget flicks (I'm easily amazed by cool special effects, lol) but I enjoyed it.
Good, standard, action film. (With an all-star cast)
I was surprised by how enjoyable this was. It didn't have the weird humor of the old Stallone movie but the new Judge and rookie were both really great. All the reviews said how this movie was so incredibly violent but I actually thought it was done well, very stylistic. The violence is much worse in stuff like Saw, Final Destination or even more popular action movies.
If you liked the old Judge Dredd at all you should definitely see the new one.
*it is advertised mostly in 3d but they do have 2d showings; that's how I saw it.
Never read the books, but really enjoyed the movie. Can't wait for the 2nd one to come out.
