hunger games-4.5/5, just a great movie, i liked the story even though the movie seemed too short, it's a great action/drama that you shouldn't miss.
I just saw this yesterday myself, def a good flick Id give it a 8/10 I wish they would have gone into a little more detail into the government and what happened after the games ended. But def. recommend it

i checked google and basically the 2nd film is about the rebellion that katniss started by refusing to kill peter and the third is the escalation of the 2nd. can't wait for the sequels , heard the last book will be 2 movies making 4 in the series.

not sure, i thought about getting them but didn't want to spoil the movies.
also i saw high tension- 4/5, a great foreign slasher flick, not going to win many awards but still great.

Yes Snapple, I didn't like the movie but loved the books, well the first two, I haven't been able to get the 3rd from the library yet
Even if your not much of a reader its worth at least reading the first one as its only about 200 pages with large elementary school size print, shouldn't take more than a week to read - even if you don't get too enthralled in it.

I'll add my two cents--The Hunger Games book was surprisingly good.
Interesting story, easy to read, you'll devour it so fast you may surprise yourself.
I am still curious about the second and third books but I am waiting for them to be available in cheap softcover.

The Hunger Games - 8/10
I had seen the movies before in the theaters and a bootleg copy I downloaded shortly after that. I watched it again last night with a friend that had never seen it. Still held up with me. Good movie.
I find that when a movie is based off of a book, the best way to enjoy the movie is forget you ever read the book. Make the movie and the book whole separate things in your head.

The other two books are good, and you'll devour those just as fast as you did the first. Between the two, Catching Fire is better. Mockingjay kinda fizzles out but the author made things realistic as far ending the story.

Yeah I do this to. It helps. But in the case with The Hunger Games, the movie didn't really build on the characters at all

The Grey - 5 out 5
Damn, this was a good movie!! Its about a group of oil workers stranded in Alaska after a plane crash, and they are also being stalked by some beastly ass wolves.
If anyone wants to check it out, its available on Netflix Instant Stream.

the godfather 2- 4/5,first off this is the longest movie ever! after like 5 and a half hours you kinda feel like you lived the film,i liked the back story on Vito Corleone and the tying up of the whole Vegas thing, solid film IMO not as good as the first.
the godfather 3- 4.5/5, i really liked this one, the third film has a refreshing change of pace and a huge cast of future big name stars, the story was great, the only thing that felt out of place was the daughter, her performance was good but in some scenes like the one with Pacino she just felt flat, overall another classic film.
