I'm a little confused on how exactly used games are gonna work on the XB1. So if I buy a game new I have to install it on my hard drive and I can trade the disc to someone who has only been on my friends list for 30 days. What happens to the disc after that? Is it rendered completely useless now since that disc can only traded once?

Assumably, yes. But it's not really clear since a) you won't be able to trade every game, just ones the publishers choose to allow trading for and 2) trading won't be available at launch, so who knows how it may play out in the end.

I wasn't going to get a XboxOne or a PS4 until much later, but I've decided on the PS4 over the new Xbox. Tomorrow when I pre-order Last of Us (talked the wife into getting it for me for our anniversary) I'm going to ask how much I have to put on it for pre-order.
No way will I get rid of my 360, but I may end up trading my PS3 towards the PS4. Even though I just bought a sweet ass Mass Effect Vault for it.

nope, getting madden and nba 2k14 on 360.
im getting madden on both,not sure i can wait two or so months to move the bills to toronto on the xboxone lol nba 2k14 i may wait to be released on the xboxone.
