What about the added modes they keep hinting at adding to the game. Are those just gonna be free updates added to the game with no cheevo's. It feels to me their DLC plans are a bit of a mess right now. I'm not getting a season pass or buying any DLC just for new maps. There are already enough maps to play on as it is.
Titanfall has already got old for me and I'm in it just for the achievements now. New maps isn't going to change that. The lack of leaderboard stats and lifetime challenges totally kills any desire for me to play even for fun. I'm still playing with my Gears buddy's on the weekends but its with no real desire or interest. Sadly, I still come in first place more often than not...my Titan is on Auto Pilot.

I'm just disappointed that with a mp focused game, they are really under delivering on a season pass that is almost half the price of the game and not adding much content. It makes the whole game seem not worth it.
With that said I plan on getting the season pass since I enjoy the game a loy, but there's a lot of wasted opportunity here.

I still enjoy the game immensely and think it was well worth 60 dollars, I think its the season pass that is making it seem like a worse value overall. 90 dollars total for 24 maps is not acceptable. There are no other game types like SP or horde, so such a small amount of maps really makes the whole experience feel cheap and underwhelming.

Yeah, so far, all the feature updates they've talked about will be free for everyone. The new wingman mode, customization decals, hashtag filtering, etc.
They have made it sound like the paid DLC/season pass content is just going to be maps, and they have made no indication that later packs will have more than 3.
To me, all of this seems a little weird and backwards. If it was my mp-only game, I would release small map packs for free so everyone has them and uses them; the additional features would be released as paid DLC.
Anyway, with that being said, I am still enjoying this game immensely, far more than I have any shooter online (even Gears 3) and I feel like, as long as you aren't playing the same 9 ones in campaign mode, the current map spread has a nice variety and design.
I'm buying the season pass, but it's just because this is the only game I play online, and it's currently my fall-back/go-to, so I want more. I do feel like 3 maps for $10 is insane, and I really hope they do more with the next 2 season pass-inclusive DLC releases rather than just 6 more maps on top of it.

I enjoy Last Titan Standing a lot because it is fast and the tactics are pretty different from other game modes, but it's very annoying when you get on a bad team. Close games are rare but incredibly fun.
I tend to do best on Hardpoint though because I aggressively cap points and stick around to get kills near them which are worth so many extra points.
Is anyone going to be playing tonight? If you see me on, message me. I'm playing the 360 version right now for Achievements but I will gladly hop on my xb1 for some team action.
Having even a loosely-organized team makes you damn near unstoppable in this game, even without communicating much. Just ganging up on enemy titans and punching rodeoing pilots off each other helps tremendously.
