This guy has.
Can somebody discuss the ending with me who's well versed in the series? I found it QUITE intriguing
Perhaps you could explain to me why the "apple" made him kill the chick but now he has seemingly full control of it now? And also why Desmond had to touch the damn sphere to unlock Juno instead of his crap father?

He killed her because she was a Templar spy. She was going to betray them and take the apple to the Templars. He told Juno or whoever he was talking to at the time that he could have stopped himself, but once he saw that she was going to betray them he killed her. His dad should have sacrificed himself instead. His dad was a dick.

I have had a similar situation happen to me, but I spent an hour wiggling and jumping around to get free. I didn't want to fast travel, and corrupt my mission. I have already restarted my game once due to a mission glitch, and I don't want to chance it a second time.

I remember that in the dialogue at the end, just kinda stupid how they didn't really explain it or really make it relevant. She was just stabbed at the end of a game and you're left thinking, "What the fuck just happened?" A game later, they take 5 seconds to say she was gonna betray them... Big let down if you ask me.

My bet is sometime in January of next year. That's the earliest they have posted in the game menu for when DLC drops.
I am sitting at 95% complete, and I am having an issue with a Delivery Request mission.
I walk up to the Troy's Wood npc and the mission title appears, but when I push the interact button it clears, and nothing progresses. The npc's icon disappears, and there are no new items to acquire in my logbook. So as soon as this happens (it has happened twice now) I dashboard the game to prevent the automatic saving feature from corrupting my game file (This is my second playthrough due to another glitch).
I have seen some ideas on various websites, but I want to be relatively sure I am doing the right thing before I do it. I don't want to erase another 36+ hours of work. Has anybody experienced this glitch, or any other delivery glitch, or does anybody know of a sure-fire work-around to this glitch?

I've encountered this a few times on my play-through and all I did was progress in the story a bit more since I was only about 70% complete with the game when I attempted the side stuff.
I know it doesn't really help you in your situation since you're done with the story (Or at least it sounds like it) but you could probably retry a story mission or two and then check back afterwards.

Happened to me as well for one of the boston delivery missions, I believe I just fast traveled out of the map and went back and it worked, not sure what causes these issues but it fixed itself thankfully
