Right?!?! Comedy Central has had a plethora of them, like at least one in every commercial break. It's really hard to keep my giggle buzz when they're showing that stuff all night.

LOFL that is an ultimate #firstworldproblem
How is pizza not Italian? I had to double check the wiki & history of pizza, so I didn't lose my mind. The Romans may have invented the concept, but it's still from Naples, & Italian immigrants brought it over to NYC in the 1900's. I know Mexican, & all Hispanic people, don't eat their own culture's food 100% of the time, but by and large, most people I know stick close to their culture in their diet. Not all the time, maybe not even half the time- but even 50% of your diet, is enough to sway a supermarket's self space. I meant Chipotle is the fastest growing chain- not #1 overall. And I know foods are Americanized, and it's not entirely "authentic", but it's still in the same ballpark.
I don't have to fact-check my scripts to that extent, last one was horror & this one is mixed martial arts. They do need to sound believable, so there is a bit of research. I have some pretty good news about the horror one, that I hope to share with XBA next month. I didn't think I was talking out of my ass, when I wrote that- but if that's how it came across, I do apologize. And for not spell checking.
Anyway. My Xbox One controller that I purchased a week ago (to preserve my Day One controller) already has a dead A button and right on the dpad... Replacement time. If anyone is interested in how that works, once you register your One console on myservice.xbox.com, your console, Kinect, and 2 controllers can be replaced at any time through the aforementioned website for free during the warranty period.

Flatbread with toppings isn't real pizza, and variations of that have existed since ancient times. In Europe, pizza is pretty different than it is here- it is pretty much unrecognizable and has more in common with a galette. The European restaurants with the closest thing to what we know as pizza usually advertise it as "American pizza" or "NY" or "Chicago" style. Lol.

My point is that people don't eat actual Mexican or Italian food- they like the Americanized versions. And once it is Americanized it has become an American food, not wherever the idea originated from. Taco Bell is American. Pizza Hut is American. And so on. It may be arguing over semantics, but when a country is just a group of immigrants like ours, it's the only way to get a regional cuisine. Besides that, Americans look pretty ignorant and uncultured when they go to Italy and order spaghetti and are upset it doesn't come smothered in red sauce.
And I hope all of our Canadian friends had a wonderful Boxing Day too

Taco Bell and Mighty Taco have nothing on Burrito Bay. They're the reason why I'll never be able to leave this state.
To be honest- I spent a month in Italy, at Rome, Milan, and Venice, and never really noticed a difference in the pasta and pizza. I know about the flat crust, but I also just ordered pizza here in Los Angeles at 'Cucina Bene' a block from my condo, and it came flat crust. But yeah- pizza chains are different.
And Rome was probably the most depressing place I ever visited. Even more depressing than Jersey. That's saying something.
FYI if people see me on Xbox One this week, through the 31st, it's not me... my family's here and they're watching netflix, or TV. but I will take anyone up on their Killer Instinct / Ryse MP offers.
