GA traffic is not to be taken lightly. This is the first place I've ever lived where I've dreaded driving to the grocery store because I know I'm going to get pissed off and start fantasizing about slamming into people, punching through their windows, pulling their heads out the hole I made and yelling at them.
And then... parking. It's like the planners were working with a 1786 census when they planned it out...
Exactly, these folks apparently did not account for modern populations. And the best place to go is down to River Street in Savannah which is quite literally cobblestone still. So your best bet is to just pay to park in a parking garage and hoof it down to the fun. And taxis won't pick up randoms (safety hazard- unless it's been changed since I've been). So one must take care to not be raped or murdered on the way to the fun. And by the time my old ass gets to the fun, I'm too tired to enjoy it.

All you have to do is turn off the game, change your PC clock 5 years into the future and restart the game. At least that's what I read that people are doing.
