Went to my local Bestbuy to get some Blu-Rays (since I've never owned a blu-ray player before) and there were already ~20 people waiting in line for Xbox One (it was 2pm in Los Angeles). Guy inside said they'll start letting pre-orders in around 9pm (website says 10pm) to pickup.

Is Xbox Live down? My Live connection test failed so go to Xbox.com on both my laptop and my tablet. Both say that Xbox.com cannot be found. WTH Microsoft?!?!

On Xbox.com being down- I hear they're reallocating servers to account for the massive day-one expectations. Xbox.com just worked fine for me. the UK launch is about to happen, and some people were reporting problems, but now in that area seems fine, might be a similar rollout for when the USA launches happen.
