Hmm... so I SHOULDN'T make a 2nd account in a Tokyo-To address, so I can access the Japanese marketplace on my JP-console? I've been reading conflicting reports whether or not that is a ban of conduct. I'd be in the USA on a JP console using a JP account, buying off the JP marketplace. (sigh) I should probably err on the side of caution.
