Kimberly - I had never even heard of that game, I had to look it up

Crazy people are you know....not sane

Same, but I loved how 500G worth of achievements popped retroactively! π
Quote by Mo the Surfer:
They're all sucky 360 games anyway.
Does anyone have suggestions on the "best" party group
The best way I can put it is that they listened to too many sources of feedback at once and ended up creating a product that is extremely focused both on the elite hardcore 1% of the "fighting game community" as well as being approachable & attractive to filthy fucking casuals, but has little to offer the big population of gamers like me that fall in the middle of that spectrum.

They're really all the same. Use the new ones as you unlock them, but I'm pretty sure I beat the whole game on my second playthrough with the superhero and whatever the other starter one is. I played a whole playthrough not worrying about the candy corn dude and then breezed through the second playthrough after when I wasn't worrying about 100% completion

I kinda figured they were. I ended up just using the super hero and the clown for the majority of it. It's a fun game though, I may play it through again without useless candy corn. Is there a level cap? I may try to just hit that instead.
Before I went to bed this morning, I decided to check snes classic stock at a bunch of places. I noticed GameStop had it listed as in stock so I tried to buy it. Omg their website was ridiculous. It froze for 10 minutes trying to load the cart and check out, didn't recognize my password, and when I finally got everything ready, it pulled the thing out of my cart and said it adjusted my cart for their stock numbers. I was frustrated, but then I remembered thinkgeek was planning to sell some as well. I got there around 2:15 am, and at 2:30 the orders went live and the site started doing the EXACT SAME THING. The pages kept timing out and had to be refreshed, but after 10 minutes of fighting, I was finally able to check out and get to the paypal page. I flew through paypal because the site isn't a pos like the others, but when I went back to thinkgeek, the sale wouldn't finalize and it said "site error."
This was crazy. I tried again for a few minutes, but then the console was showing up as "sold out." I stopped for a second and thought "I'm seriously about to have a kid, this isn't the most important thing I could do with my money," so I sent a whiny text to Evol about how I hate Nintendo, then went to bed.
I woke up to a purchase confirmation email from thinkgeek! Apparently they fixed my order or whatever so it went through! I'm SOOOO excited now- but no clue when it will get here. π So that's my SNES Classic purchase saga- hopefully the order doesn't get canceled or whatever other shenanigans people are having pulled on them! I'd love to have it right now, but that would have required lining up before stores opened and I have kids to get to school! π
