Along with 100 other people here. Does it says in the ToS anywhere it's against it to make an account from a different country to get shit? I would think you could do that since it lets you. If they're going to ban you for shit it lets you do that's pretty fucking stupid.

I'll be honest I don't know. I know that people have a hard time getting DLC for Jap games here in the US....but I also know that at least some of them share the account that gets the DLC so people don't have to buy those, and that would be a violation......Ugh, I don't know. I want to (when I actually have money) get the DLC for some of the jap games so I can play them....and complete them, but with this whole nonsense who knows now...

Yea, but I'm saying could you be banned for making an account from China like everyone did to get PvZ and Ghostbusters for free? You're not borrowing anyone's account, you're just making one from there.

And if anything, they should ban those accounts, not the one you play the game on.

Did you ever, on any profiles, download someone else's gamertag to your console in order to take some of their downloads that were in their history? Because if you did thats the reason that you got banned. You wouldn't have been banned for adding points to your account.

I didn't enter a Halo Banshee code on this account. All I have entered is my point cards and several free avatar items that came in games

This news sucks. What about people with CAG accounts? There's a thread there for giving away free codes. But you gotta be quick to get them. I have tried many that didn't wo0rk, as they had already been redeemed.
