how did you figure that out? You finally get a hold of someone that didn't mind talking to you? I have done the same thing, hope I don't get banned!

Harm's Way, Marvel vs Capcom 2, Dash of Destruction, and South Park are the games I downloaded to my console from my other gamertag. When I was searching my xbox apparently I didn't even have to sign in to play the full game, but all my other arcade games are locked....idk weird stuff. I have never seen this happen on any other consoles I have? Usually it shows as trial games on my other accounts if I am not signed into my main one. Regardless, it is what it is. Whatever they stole over $35-ish in points from me, sooooo I am def not happy but w/e it's MS...business=business

So... You got banned for playing games from the EllahJay account? Since they banned that, maybe that's why. As for everyone who did the PvZ and Ghostbusters thing, is that against the ToS? It shouldn't be if it lets you do it without any hassle.

Looks like I've been claimed victim of this, too. But I'm willing to bet that it's either because I played Worms from a retail memory unit, or that I played Kinect Sports from a Best Buy store using their console... And MY DLC for it.

That's not the reason why. I played that myself and had no problems. If MS is dumb enough to put an arcade game on their licensed merchandise then ban people for playing it then we all need to worry.
