So are they banning both people for sharing? I mean the person that let him/her use their account to transfer the the licenses, and the person that "borrowed" the account? I have never done this for myself but know of a few people that have.

Yeah thats exactly right, you were able to transfer a license from someone else to your xbox then you could use all of their DLC and arcade games.

Once they transfer their tag back trust me you have their licenses you just have to go to their download history and DL it to your xbox then ALL their licenses work on your box. Like I have said I have never done this (thank God) cause it would blow to get banned for something like that.
