I ended up at 23 or 24... I think it was 23. There's no level cap, but I literally did everything, so it's pretty tough to go past 23/24 unless you're farming those giants in the northern woodland area

Since we can now import are 360 save, I have both versions, lets say you played 360 nightmare made it t final boss got cheeve, loaded save to X-one would you get the achievement on the ONe, without doing anything? I love the game i just don't want to have to play nightmare twice, and want to enjoy the game not get punished

I think the only one who could answer that would be Meta. He's the only one that I know of that has played it on 360. PM him or better yet shoot me a message through Live.
