Finally got Jimmy Jenkins this morning. Took several runs through the animal exploitation preserve for him to pop. Luckily I have moxxi's underdome and you can go in there and save and quit. That way I only had to fight a few of the level 50 - 52 enemies and not all of them again.
I think the only challenge I need now is the hidden shotgun one.

Pre-order. It's the Creature Slaughter Dome that lets you win Moxxi's rocket launcher. I just call it the Underdome because I remember that name before the Creature Slaughter Dome.

@cannibal - yours isn't called Miss Moxxi's Creamer? That is the launcher I have, it's a blue class item and is red chrome with a picture of Moxxi on the outside (can't really see it while holding) and it also says "non-dairy" as the red text.
