Yeah there are no achievements with the Mechromancer. My buddy thinks there will be when the first real DLC drops but I wouldn't take his word on it.

Yea I tried at 38, although that was just cuz I wanted to see it. I can proudly say I did enough damage that you could actually see there was damage done on the health bar...but, that was it.

They just fixed it. Its total BS though - it allows people who don't have the mechromancer pack to play with those that do. I HAVE the mechromancer pack and had to wait for this nonsense to be able to play with friends.
Edit: to be clear about my anger: friends that also had the mechromancer...

That sucks. I'm kinda glad now that I just ran through a little bit with her this morning by myself. I would have been pissed as well if it would have stopped me from playing with friends.
