This is the place I missed....

A missable "named" location for this achievement is in the Southern Shelf - Bay area. The area is called Ebonfloe. This area wasn't required for me to get the Arctic Explorer achievement, so this place was the one I was missing.

To get there:

Southern Shelf
-Fast travel to the southern shelf.
-Leave town down through the path that has a gate.
-Once at the bottom of the hill, go left. (On the map, the place you want to go is on the very southern edge [It's a place called Gateway Harbor] - Go through to the next area)

Southern Shelf- Bay
-Once in the next area, leave the cave and follow the right side of the area (If looking at the map, go left)
-Just keep hugging the edge of the map until you reach an old abandoned ship half reclaimed by the sea
-Head up the little ice hill there and jump across.
-Head through the arch and BAM. You found Ebonfloe.

Did you do that treasure quest where you have to find the 4 buttons in the caustic caverns to activate the lift in the center of the caverns? That was one of the locations that I was missing towards the end.

Yup. I have completed all quests as well.

I think there's a place in the southern part of the Highlands that a lot of people miss. Just a thought.

Did you beat the game? You have to go through the last area with the boss fight to unlock all areas. Just drive through the big maps towards the start of the game and look for dark areas.

Theres also a small area on the map where the piggy motel place is that is blacked out unless you jump up the rocks, if I were you I would just load up each area and look at the map to make sure there are no dark areas.

Good luck finding Jimmy Jenkins. I found him twice during story.

Am I the only normal player who is irritated by the fact people just loot your stuff mess your game up and complete your quest. Also if warned not to do so and do so anyways does it make sense for them to bitch me out cause i told them dont and i kicked them for it. I will say this...I despise any multiplayer game, its always this person or that person charges in and thinks they are all that and i watch them die atleast 5 times. other player=no fun. no players=fun.

That's why I don't play with randoms in my own game. Just with people I know. Most people online are straight up loot whores. I only join random games if nobody on my friends list is on and I am bored. Other than that I will stick to myself until friends are on.
