@ Kat, you make mention of other peoples defense as guns and fun. My defense of the game is simply guns, fun and most importantly...... Wait for it......Moxxi's killer cleavage!
Only reason I bought the game.

I'm only up to level 12 right now but I'm tending to agree with Kat so far. It sucks donkey balls trying to slog thru this on your own. Meta gave me 5K in cash the other night when he hopped in my game for a little bit right after I started it and that cash is gone. That cash was a big help too cause let me get thru some of the early shit without having to pick up and then sell every fucking gun I came across but now that's what I'm having to do just to be able to buy health and ammo. I hate how it charges you to regenerate every time you die. I wish they'd added a new feature allowing you to buy and stock up on health packs.

I was level 31, all purple/orange gear except 1 item (Artifact) and I was really close to the end before my saved file got deleted. I don't even want to look at Borderlands 2 for a while. I've been playing Skyrim (had to start that over too). I might pickup and start playing this again, I don't know. I was bored shitless playing by myself.

If you're lookin for an RPG it certainly isn't. More marketing ploy than reality. That's why I like it, not actually an RPG, I hate those. Skyrim, fallout, etc. but others like them and more power to them. Different opinions/likes are what make the world go round.
I'm certainly not wasting my time finding Skyrim threads to bash it. I've got better things to do.

Why are you taking it personal? I like the game, I can't state that. I think this game is a 9 and not any higher because it has no WOW factor because its already been done before. Everyone is entitled to their opinion, my opinion is I wouldn't be on here trashing a game I didn't like. I would be focused on which games I actually enjoyed.
EDIT: Kat why don't you do a review of the game in the articles if you want people to know how you feel.

Actually I think they took that feature out. I swear in the first you could buy health packs and keep them in your inventory.
@blackhole- good point- I'm a damn staff writer. I'm going to delete my posts and just let everyone rip into me at once when the review comes out.

Lmao...by the way you could store health packs in the first game but this game also allows you to regenerate health from your skill trees or some shield do it for you, thats how I have been getting by.

Yeah, with the way that my siren is spec'd out, I regenerate health like a fiend. I'm still kinda curious why they did take out being able to carry health packs in your inventory. But, if you have a siren in your party who can use class mods and the skill tree to boost team health gen, holding med packs isn't necessary.

Just finished the game tonight and I personally love the game, even though I played it all by my lonesome. I just love looting and killing things haha
same here, i feel like playing the first time through solo made the story stick, co-op is starting to feel like a constant shoot and loot with little to no emphasis on the great story that was written.

I love Moxxi so much, the stuff she says is hilarious. I liked what you briefly heard from her in the first game and DLC so I was glad she has such a big part in 2.
I tipped her more than $10k before I even knew there was an Achievement for it. I just made a habit of funning in to her bar and tipping her a few thousand before hitting the slot machines.
After awhile, she started slipping me her custom weapons--the last one she gave me is a purple fire SMG called "Moxxi's Good Touch" or something. It is one of those "wheel" guns that has a big moving disc as the ammo mag, and it has a picture of her that spins. Also it is big and pink chrome and it vibrates when you're holding it.

What purpose does the bank serve?
Only thing I can think of is that from time to time I'll pick up loot that is for a higher level, so instead of carrying it around in your backpack you could unload it until you level up...
Maybe I'm just too low a level (16), but thus far i'm not finding very much higher level loot, so the bank seems worthless?
Claptrap's stash is what allows me to switch items between characters, but is there any other purpose for the bank? Trying to figure out what value there really is in expanding the number of slots in the bank...
