In a couple of months they are going to release Battle Royale: The Complete Collection on Blu-ray. It's the two movies with a bunch of useful crap.
I love this book/movie/manga and this is a definite buy for me.
Also, pretty convenient since The Hunger Games movie is coming soon.

Abner hopes to race the boat some day, but his partner is making it hard for him to realise his dreams. Joshua York put up the money for the Fevre Dream, but now rumours have started about his the company he keeps, his odd eating habits and strange hours. As the Dream sails the great river, it leaves in it's a wake one too many dark tales, forcing Abner to face down the man who made his dreams become reality.
I love the Fire and Ice series so I saw this book by George RR Martin and am going to give it a shot. I seems really good so far.
Just finished this. Martin is a great writer and I loved this book.
Now to make the plung and start this series.
Finally finished this book. Took me forever with the holidays and Skyrim I guess. Also the first 100 pages or so were a little slow but by the end of it I really loved it. Now on to

The Steve Jobs Bio. My mom got it for me for Christmas. I'm an Apple guy and I grew up just a few miles away from the Apple campus (I remember when it was fields). Lots of places mentioned in the book that I know very well. Fantastic book.
Also reading World War Z. But it's been put on hold for the time being.

Yeah, it's big but it reads quick. Whole lot going on! I hear ya though about getting into The Eye Of The World too. The very first time I started it, I gave up on it but when I picked it back up I was hooked. I've read through that series two and a half times over the last 12 years.
I cannot wait for the final book!

I can tell I am really going to like it. It just took a little while introducing everyone and setting everything up. Once the trollocs showed up it was great. I have a whole stack of books my wife bought me for Xmas but I may have to get the 2nd one at least. It may take me a year to read all the xmas books and I dont think I can wait that long.

Question for Star War fans!
I was told that the Star War movies Episodes 1-6 were really books of Episodes 1-9 and George Lucas has only had books of Episodes 1-6 made into movies (really hoping that made sense to whoever is reading this)
My question is this, what are the names of the Star Wars book for Episode 7, 8, and 9? I was told Luke Skywalker is in his 60's, and Han Solo and Princess Lea are married and have kids and so on and so forth. I would like to pick these up but having trouble finding out which books to get as there are over a hundred different Star War Books.
So if you can answer my question, please help me.

Well... it's a long story.
Star Wars has the whole huge "Extended Universe" and most of it is canon.
What I usually tell people who ask similar questions is to treat The Truce at Bakura as "episode 7," The Courtship of Princess of Leia as "episode 8," and then Timothy Zahn's "Heir to the Empire" trilogy as 9. Those stories capture the flavor of classical Star Wars very well while building on concepts George Lucas only briefly hinted at.
As far as the real truth, well, if you read the novel Lucas wrote, "episode 4" A New Hope was basically the whole story as far as movies were concerned and he just had some vague back story about how the Republic became an Empire and how Anakin and Obi-Wan were buddies. As the story progressed, Han was supposed to die early in an Imperial raid during episode 6 or possibly late in 5.
