If you liked the Jackass movies you should like this. I personally thought the movie was hilarious.
Darkness Falls - 7.5/10 - One of the better modern horror movies. Still falls into the "Seen it a million times" category mechanically.

Nice. I'm hoping to go see this later in the week. I loved, loved the whole Jackass series.
Also Simpsons Tree House of Horror on Season 25 it was better than last years. 6.5/10
The Way, Way Back (Blu-ray, 1st viewing) – It’s a solid coming of age film, but nothing spectacular. It features a strong cast, with another great performance from Sam Rockwell. Steve Carrell plays an atypical role for him, the asshole stepdad; definitely not something you’ve seen him do before - though he's good as always, it wasn't a great fit. It’s a solid watch, but just misses being a truly memorable film.
7/10
Bridesmaids (Blu-ray, 1st viewing) – has been recommended to me multiple times by the females in life, so I figured it was time to give it a go. From a male perspective, it’s still a good time, but I didn’t think it was as great as was expressed to me. I will say that Kristen Wiig was excellent; she’s very cute, and that’s only exacerbated by her quirky awkwardness. If your wife/girlfriend is trying to force you to watch a movie, suggest this, you’ll like it.
6.5/10
Identity Thief (Blu-ray, 1st viewing) – I really like Jason Bateman and I thought Horrible Bosses was good (same director). It’s a decent comedy with a fair share of laughs, but doesn’t possess much you haven’t seen already. If you like Bateman and McCarthy, check it out, but don’t expect the next big comedy.
6/10
Promised Land (Blu-ray, 1st viewing) – one of those movies that’s not necessarily boring, but definitely very dry. It benefits greatly from its strong cast, but mostly it’s just an average drama about a somewhat difficult topic to make a film about.
6.5/10
R.I.P.D. (Blu-ray, 1st viewing) – it’s a little too short and reminiscent of Men in Black to be a good movie. There are fun moments, but it mostly just slides into being watchable, not necessarily a movie you should go out of your way to see. Bridges and Reynolds redeem it somewhat, but unless you’re okay with just being mildly amused most of the time, you’ll want to steer clear.
5/10
The Internship (Blu-ray, 1st viewing) – not a good comedy at all, which is a bit disappointing with Wilson and Vaughn being in the leads. For the most part they work just fine, but the rest of the movie is just too predictable, too formulaic to be good. I had read some things about how it seemed like one big ad for Google, which I dismissed, but after seeing the movie, I can definitely see where they were coming from. Also, being an IT student, I just wanted to say that it’s not impossible to be a normal, average guy who works with computers. Every single programmer in the movie was a hipster, snob, awkward fat guy, or some other combo that’s been beaten to death.

I finished up Season I of Arrow this past week, too. It got off to a very slow start, but I enjoyed the last half substantially more than the first half of the season. They leave a whale of a cliffhanger, so I’m sure I’ll check out the new season when it’s released on home media some time next year. Most all of the acting is good, but some of the characters are a little contrived, particularly Laurel’s father. Stephen Amell is solid in the title role, and the Diggle character is a personal favorite. Don’t expect it to be the next great thing from DC, but if you’re fan of comics, it’s definitely worth a watch. I have a harder time rating television shows until their completion, but overall I’d give this a 7 currently, with some potential to go up a point or so with improvement from Season II.
JJ Abrams knows his shit.
Doctor Who - Five Doctors 7/10
Way Way Back 7/10
Hilarious. "Are you sure you're not a hipster? You hate a lotta things and the bottoms of your pants are awful tight." "I like my dick tent."
