It's a football game. Some of the "EA Trax" are marginally less bad than usual. Most Achievements can be gained by just simming regular games, instead of 30 years of Franchise BS. That's what put it up from being a 5.

Tenchu Z - 7/10
Have been playing it for the past 3 hours now and I'm enjoying it a lot. Sneaking around and getting stealth kills is simple enough and satisfying when you get that kill you've been planning out. Graphics aren't the best for 360, it's on par with PS2 graphics. The sound is bland however, music is very boring except for the intro song; all voices are in Japanese dialogue with subtitles. Controls can be adjusted to your liking but the default setup is simple and easy enough to adapt to. Gameplay is what you'd expect from a stealth/ninja based game, you have grappling hooks to help you reach higher points, you are able to lean on walls and look around the corner, you can sneak up silently behind an enemy and stealth kill them, etc. Overall, a pretty enjoyable game for anyone who's a fan of either the Tenchu series, stealth games, or ninja games.

After finishing Bioshock 2 i can definetly give it a 10/10 for SP mode but MP is a little shaky and keeps freezing on me when i lvl up... so overall game is 9.5/10

Very fun combat, great pacing throughout except for one spot towards the end, decent visuals and sound. Level design is top-notch, and the story is pretty interesting. It would be a 9/10 except it's a freaking 6 hour game. My save, AFTER beating the last boss, was 2 minutes under 6 hours. I wasn't rushing, either; I was pretty much taking my time.
Originally I was going to pre-order the CE version of this, but I didn't have the extra money. Now, I'm actually glad I didn't. I'd love to have an art book for it and may still try to find one, but $60 is way too much for a game where you can play 95% of what it has to offer in 6 freakin' hours.

Agreed I would also give it an 8/10 but its just seemed like you keep doing the same thing over and over.
