The way they did it comes off as catering to a fan base wanting progress then backing off and ditching them to give people who wanted more of the same. A console built for everyone would be customizable so each person could get what they want out of it.

when else can they release it however? not going to do it on black friday,would be way to busy.also black friday is only a american thing lol not going to do on november 5th the release date of cod cause once again would be to busy. i had it coming out on the 22nd of october.a week before battlefield and assassins creed 4. i understand why they are doing it. they can release the console after all the big games are already out so ppl getting the xboxone can get cod,bf4,ac4 etc etc on day one or there might be ppl who buy it for both.

just watched jimmy fallons video gameplay of cod ghosts with Infinity Ward executive producer Mark Rubin. he said cod ghosts will be out for pc,360,and ps3 on november 5th and will be a launch day title for the xboxone. pretty much tells me its coming after november 5th,so the 27th of november sounds real.
if the xboxone was going to be available on november 5th im sure he would have said available to 360,pc,ps3,and xboxone on november5th. the video i watched is below
