It was -15 here today, -40 or more with windchill. It's terrible out, here I am at work checking intercoms and emergency phones outside, every breath I take I can literally feel the inside of my nose freezing.

Yeah its bad out I would go get wood for a fire but the woodpile is really far from the house and it's not worth it in this cold. Animals and blankets are fine heat for now lol.
I haven't worked in over 3 weeks its either to cold or too much snow for us to go to a jobsite and work out in the elements for 10 hours.

Sitting in T-shirt and shorts ~75 here. Not meant to troll, my family's back east and I hear about it- just interesting the way weather patterns work. I suspect the Rocky Mountains have something to do with it-- the arctic air grid they were showing stopped right around the rockies (everything west of it seemed fine)

I picked up my 4 year old outside and actually pulled something in my back. Wtf. It's so cold I have to stretch to go outside?? Ugh.

That's true. My ex mil threatened to call cps on me for giving my oldest son a bath when it was 75 degrees when he was a baby. Only in Florida.

I leave my ferret unattended for 2 seconds to take a piss. When I come back, he has successfully knocked over the giant green bowl that is my dog's water dish... that I just refilled. *sigh*

Nope. Not the whole country. It's 64F outside right now.
