If you call them and let them know you had problems with it they will give you a bunch of free rental codes. They've always been pretty good about that with me.
One time my roommate rented some game and inside the case it was just a picture of the disc with the redbox sticker transferred to the middle. At first he got really pissed and then he started plotting to try doing the same thing at a bunch of boxes.
