Here's my issue with this, since it appears that all we can do right now is talk about it.
Telltale or microsoft or whoever has mismanaged this from the beginning. If you bought the first, loved it and bought the season pass, you were screwed. After that, they took 2 to 3 times longer than they insinuated they would be taking to release the next episode and in the meantime they made the first episode free and dropped the price of the season pass to $10 ($2 a game). Now, people who bought the season pass either get double charged or they have to wait to play. This is how they reward fans and early adopters.
And my question is- why is this so hard for them? This isn't their first episodic game they've released on xbla!!!

Yeah they really killed a lot of their good will. Im just gonna wait until the first episode becomes free after this point on, because there is no real reason to not wait since they take so long to put episodes out anyway.
if you played it early you got screwed with waiting almost 4 months for next episode, and when finally released doesnt even work.
or you didnt buy season pass and got first episode free and can play it now.
