She's not "Ariel" from Disney, but that flower in her hair, was exactly what Ariel wore in the movie- that's not lost on me. Personally I'm glad they did the Snow twist. The fact that it was a troll, explains the world better, racial inequality. I'm digging it. Yes, it's an hour+ of content, but how much do you spend on a movie lately (in a theatre)? Random thought: since they're veering Disney... we may see a Wolf vs Beast (Beauty & the Beast) fight later on. I'm engaged.

I wrote my post right before:

I'm overly nice to Beauty and Snow, this isn't the first time Beauty wants me to lie for her. There's something more there. And I'm sure there will be another fight with Beast. He keeps seeing us together. If Beauty dies, he's going to go ape shit, and you'll probably be in the crosshairs.
Everybody's white? What about Mr. Toad and TJ? Green is a skin color too, and it's certainly not easy being green.

My first impression was Arabian or something.

I think Eastern European.
But yeah, that's the point- they're mostly European fables so when they're glamored they're white. The woman was like "if they wanted to fit in in NYC they should have been multi ethnic" but if I was exiled and costuming myself, I'd be white. It's how I know how to be.
There are Asian fables and Arabian fables and African fables but they mostly haven't come to our world yet, and when they do they come to parts that line up with their own world.
This is why we can't have nice things. :/
