Stupid question, I know, but:
If I've liked all of the other Saints Row games, will I like this one? I've heard good and bad about it. Though mostly freezing and glitches for the bad. I've heard it compared to crackdown, which is also a game I liked. Is this game worth it full price?
I may trade stuff in to get it since I have a coupon that gives me 50% bonus trade in at gamestop.

The important thing is, did you really enjoy Saints Row 3? If so, then yeah, buy SR4 new so you get the online pass and CiC content for free.
If you thought SR3 was a huge downgrade from SR2 other than the visuals, then I would say rent/redbox 4 for now, buy it later on the cheap.

I personally feel it blows SR 1-2, Crackdown, Prototype, Just Cause, etc. out of the water. It's right on par with SR3 so if you enjoyed the direction it was going then it's a must have.

My game is all kind of messed up right now everything is laggy as hell and there are blue beams of light where there shouldn't be, and the cars driving have black squares in front of them in co op. Even after reloading the game and trying SP it is still messed up for me and my buddy.

If you need to farm Alien or Power kills they mentioned a great spot in the Xbox360Achievements.org roadmap/achievement guide:
Go to the Powers Fight Club event in Loren square (it will be marked 'hard').
Complete the first wave as normal.
The second wave will be King of the Hill mode.
All you have to do is not be in the "hill" ring, and the enemies will keep spawning indefinitely. Even though they look like rival gang members, they count as alien kills so you can get the "Kill X amount of Aliens with Y Power" achievements as well as working towards the killing 1000 aliens with super powers one.
Just keep killing them and stay out of the ring, when time runs out choose to exit rather than replaying.
When you do this, the game will autosave (counting all yer kills!) and you can just enter the Event again or go do whatever else if you're finished.

I'm so glad I picked this up this morning. Its so over the top and crazy its amazing. The "Merica Gun" that came with the commander in chief edition is great to.

Meh. Most of the achievements are super easy. I have 10 left and I could finish 9 of them by tomorrow if I really tried but I'm going to take a break from it so I don't burn myself out.
The hardest one is probably finishing all the challenges.

I got burned out as well. Only have 2 left, 40 hours and the challenges. I started playing Tales of Xillia again today. Might start playing Saints again once I finish Tales off.

Am I the only one who feels like I spent $60 on an expansion? I'm not super far into it yet- just got powers- but it doesn't feel fleshed out as its own game in the slightest. Does this change as you play more?
