Critically they are 2/4 so far with only Walking Dead and Wolf Among Us being well received. I'll wager both of these will be decent. GoT just seems like it would be difficult given the extreme maturity of the subject matter. It makes Walking Dead seem tame.

Cards are expensive. Needed to get Christmas cards for some girls... (guys think cards are expensive paper, girls can't get enough of them), walked out of the store with $45 of expensive paper. But it's not only that- 90% of the cards on the shelf are blatantly in bad taste. Who in their right mind would buy most of that crap? So you sit there reading through the few non-pornographic ones, and they F up a line at the end "love you as a special friend, merry christmas". I can't send that to a wife! God dammit. I'm already going to write some crap. All cards should be blank inside- just some fluff images & a white canvas so you can personalize it. THE END. Make a nice cover, keep it blank, & save us all a buck or two.

But I just put some in the mail, so if it makes them feel good, great. (American Greetings cards). Now off to spend a crap load of money on that family's Xbox games / system! I do appreciate the earlier advice. No Skyrim. I recently saw the opening again, and totally forgot about the beheading that takes place 2 minutes in. That would have been awkward...

Does anyone know of someone needy, that could benefit from our community's generosity? Similar to how that paypal system works, to donate- if enough people contribute a little bit, we could make a big difference in someone's life, in the next few weeks. If my tinseltown experience is worth anything, donations like that tend to be free publicity for the site, too. I'm always down for showing the good in the gaming community.
