Astros are totally worth the investment, I used to have the x12s and the XP500 and they were ok, I took a chance on Astro and their price tag and haven't looked back ever since I got my a50s. They work great with my Xbox One, PC, and PS4

I need some that work with pc, 360 and one. Pricey is ok, they'll be a 13th birthday present.

If you get Gen2s (Specifically made for the Xbox One) You need a separate Chat Cable that's like ~$4, you can order it from Astro too.

I've used nothing but Turtle Beach's with no problems. I had a set for my 360 that are still going after 5 or 6 years and the one I use for the One still working without issue, I think those are about a year and half old. I was going to give Astros a shot but, when Danimal got his, it started giving me flashbacks of my helicopter rides. The headsets that they use in the helicopter is exactly what Danimal sounded like. They just sounded off.

I'm still using my TB wireless X4's after 7+ years, they still sound great & they last about 14-16 hours with rechargable AAAs.

for the astro a40's does it matter which one i get? Because the store i bought the from says on the box PS3, PS4, Mac, and PC. Did the store just hand me the wrong ones and i am screwed? Or will they still work?

I could have sworn I read that someone got banned for doing this. I was cruising through the why was I banned in the Xbox forums and some guy said he and his brother were doing something like that. Next time I go in there to read the cry baby stories I'll see if I can find that one again.

Agreed...not like they needed the step by step process of turning on your console and signing in with pictures no less...like really? I know there are dumbasses out there but...damn!

I got the Xbox One with Kinect and I never use my Kinect for anything. The picture thing was a really unnecessary feature.
