Damn, sorry to hear that. I don't remember how long it took me to get everything going. I do remember that there was a delay from when I downloaded the program. Give your Xbox a hard reset and see if that gets you anywhere. Even me being in the program signed up for automatic updates, I've had to on a couple occasions go into settings and on the left hand side there is an option to update.

It's a mix. Some people said they got it through email and others got it on their console.
