A slip of the tongue is now one of my favorite cases. The dialogue in it was great and had me laughing.

I went ahead and got the Rockstar pass today even though I already have The Naked City from my preorder. I wanted it because it also counts as a preorder for the following two DLC cases coming later this summer.

I already had the Rockstar pass from GTA4, but it's a great deal in my opinion. Doesn't hurt that it comes with another suit.

Holy shit! I actually stopped a suspect with a warning shot and took him alive.

You have to buy a separate one for the LA Noire stuff

OK, this is a LONG thread and I'm lazy.
In general what game would you guys compare this to? I'm worried that I won't like it at all due to it relying heavily on story/interrogation etc...I really get bored on games that rely heavily on dialogue etc...so should I pass on this one?

I would compare this game this Mafia 2, as far as free roaming gos. If you hate games that rely heavily on dialogue then you should most definitely pass on this game dude.

Never played mafia 2...didn't like oblivion because of all the dialogue etc
Did like GTA IV though because the dialogue wasn't too heavy and the missions involved a lot of action and shooting etc. Does this compare to GTA IV much at all or a lot more dialogue heavy with less action?

It has a lot of heavy dialogue, but it is needed since you are listening to what they say, watching their facial movements, and using your notebook of clues to determine if they are telling the truth or lying. It has some really good stories and I found myself wanting to know what happens in the next case. There isnt a ton of action but it is a great game in my opinion. Hope that helps Mamba

Very helpful. Probably pass on it til I can get a deal for cheap. Definitely a risk of me not liking this one.
