I think I'm just under 80% there in Sanctuary. I've since added some more turrets, guard posts more electricity. And adding two more bungalows to top off the fifth level. I fly thru copper more than any other resource. I had progressed up to level 23 before finally going to Diamond City, and I was getting sick of only coming across the same two traveling merchants and finding no other vendors.

I still have to finish getting the rest of the boobieheads and finish the Brothers of Steel ending and I'll 1,000 it. Oh wait, I still have to get the settlement to 100% happiness. That achievement is so fucked up. I've got the sanctuary so decked out. All stats are well above 100 and those ungrateful fuckers are giving me an 82%. I should go in there and murder all of them to where it's just me, then I'll be happy and the establishment will reach a 100% happiness.

I'm a little worried. Collected 19 boobieheads and haven't unlocked the achievement for collecting 10. Let's see what happens when I go for the last one. Also I built an indoor basketball court, but can't find a basketball to shoot hoops with, only kickballs, baseballs, and pool balls.

This user has performed some sort of miscellaneous service for Xbox America that deserves to be recognized.
So I got all 20 of them and got the achievement for collecting all 20, but the one for collecting 10 of them is stuck and says Done! Unlocking. Go figure.
