Just finished my first run-thru of the story mode on medium. I harvested every Little Sister and damn the ending was dark. Now to see if the ending is a little rosier if I rescue them all like with the first game. Plus I figured if I save them all on my hard run-thru I won't have to fuck with the Big Sisters as much.

i would suggest you at LEAST try and rank up once a day, lol.
krueger and i are at 30 now (he's probably 31 or 32 by now) and the people playing the MP are really grinding the hell out of it. just a suggestion though.

I just finished the game, I Harvested every little sister and thinking back at it, I should have waited until my HARD runthrough for me to harvest the little sisters, but at least I got 100 audio diaries so I won't have to worry about that on my next runthrough.
A couple parts gave me a hard time, not many, I think only two parts....so I'm interested in seeing how much harder they are on the Hard Difficulty
How is the MP for the game? I haven't logged onto the MP to check it out and my wife is watching American Idol tonight, lol

I finished the game a few hours ago. I went the all-rescue path.
I like the new camera/research system better than the original, but I still think they need to rework it some.
I think overall they did as good a job as possible making a sequel to something as awesome as the first BioShock without going too crazy idea-wise. I like that the sequel tells its own story but without screwing with the feel and atmosphere of everything.
I really loved the tonic that lets you repair and name security bots, I miss that kind of quirky, absurd humour that used to be a lot more prevalent in video games. It was so awesome rolling into Splicer territory with "Marcus" and "Reynolds" as my wingmen. The hack gun is a neato idea but I almost feel like they were too generous with it, I think they should have made the hack darts a lot more scarce.
I really want to try the multiplayer as soon as possible.
