i found out sometihng today. well, my grandpa is racist as he doesnt want obama as president cause hes muslim and he referred to him as "that black man", as used inthe sentence "if that black man gets into office, (insert something bad as i forgot what he said)"...hes not black, hes biracial...i swear my grandma, grandpa, and dad are the biggest Republican marks ive ever seen..
and he thinks that because obama hasnt served his country he isnt qualified to be prez....which is dumb...

if you want change, vote mccain, otherwise if you want the same or worse , vote obama. the democrats have been running this country for the last 2 years and look at the status of this country....that's my 2 cents and i still am not wasting my time voting.

you vote mccain you vote mcsame. i think youve got your stats backwards. same/worse is mccain, change is obama. hence why his campaign thing says "change" (forgot what they call em...itll come to me tho...) and mccain voted w/ 90% of the things bush has done so hed be the same/worse...
livewire you is r confused moi amigo..

the problem is that the president doesnt't have total control over the country. you also have the house and the senate, which for the past 2 years, the house majority is democrat. it's kind of hard to say that the republicans run this country when in fact they are the minority as of now. mccain is very different than bush, granted he's old, but honestly what do you like about obama? the fact that me and you and everyone else who works for a living will have to pay for healthcare for all those people who don't bothers me. i work hard for what i have and i don't want my taxes to be any higher than they already are, and with obama there will be more taxes to pay, so in that sense you guys are right when you think obama=change -higher taxes and a marked man for president. this is my opinion, so don't throw stones......

I completely agree about the competency test. My grandmother shouldn't be voting. I doubt she knows what year it is, but yet she's still allowed to vote.
