I believe it is a 2-year Product Replacement Plan, which means that the Rep II's at the front desk are to provide a brand new unit. I believe they are not allowed to accept it without all the peripherals that it came with. However, I'll check into it and let you know.

Stay on them. That box should have been there in a couple days. There are scattered reports on the Xbox forums that the 3rd party vendor that is handling the calls for Microsoft are messing up the boxes on occasion by not setting the proper flag on your account to ship it.

Well I finnaly got the box to ship the xbox in after a month of waiting now I got to ship it in and wait for them to ship it back.

I hope the MS gives you something for having to wait a month to get a box to ship it back. At a very very minimum, they should extended your warranty by the month it took to ship a box as it was inoperable that entire time.

All they give you for the wait, is a 1 month xbox live card. ANd also a1zapa, ill tell you now, TAKE YOUR 360 OFF THE CARPET. The friction with your carpet is what caused it. All the 3 red lights mean is that one or more of the 1200 internal hardware pieces failed. But the carpet is what caused it, If you cant get it off the carpet by a small piece of tile and set it on that, but direct contact with the carpet will cause it to happen again

Sounds like a good idea, but in theory, it shouldn't be necessary. I think we all know about that "theory" but it supposedly can cool itself just fine, unless it doesn't have adequate airflow.
