You just need a deck rental that will play it, if you google any post production / editing facilities in your area, they may let you put it in & output it for $35-50, if you're nice. A cheap post house.

Are the tapes VHS-C? I'm pretty sure I have an adapter that you put those tapes in then they work in a regular VCR, I could let you borrow it if that's what you need.

To be fair, she just added me on facebook (my facebook link is in my profile), she's the most recent add. But she never replied... just a random add.
