I pretty much thought if it was severe enough to cause cardiac or pulmonary issues, surgery was done on people. Unless of course you have some other issue that would make them not want to do any surgery...

Isn't waiting a week a positive sign most of the time? Like this one time I had a friend who had to get a test for a concerning (yet non lethal) disease. She shows up for a follow-up appointment a week later to get her test results. Finding out all was well, she goes, "Thank God. I've been freaking out about this all week long." The nurse said something to the effect of, "Oh, we get the results back pretty quickly and if it had been bad news, we'd have called you to come in sooner..."
Again, I reiterate it was a friend and it was not sexually transmitted.
I'm not medical or anything, just trying to look on the bright side.

I figured it would be easier and faster to set up a public campaign and have people join rather than make the run through myself but boy was I fucking wrong. I can't get through a chapter without someone else dying at least 15 times. I went through the first act by myself on hardcore and didn't die at all. Its like people have just gotten horrible at this game.
