Something I already like about this game: you can press B and turn off your car to hide in it.
I always wondered why GTA and Saints Row never let you do this, just break line of sight with the cops, then hop in a random car and duck down till your wanted level goes away.
+edit+ I left a few gifts at the Phoebus Theater hotspot, $660 and some pain meds. It's right in the center of Parker Square area, south of the big stadium, 2 blocks east of the container hideout at the far west end of the map.
+edit 2+ wow it's easy to get money in this game. I already have over $20,000.
