I apologize for the lack of updates and for my absence. I recently started a second job so I will only be able to log into and update once a week currently. I will be getting the updates done as soon as I can later on today. I have already replied to the PMs that I have received.

With the exception of Bee Movie and the uDraw games, all the games on your list are retired and you can contact AJ about receiving those.
For Bee Movie and other non-retired games they get shipped out to the members in order of how quickly they will be completed then by join date after that.
EDIT: I will be getting games shipped out next weekend and will contact members about late games next weekend as well. I no longer have time to play on my XBox so I will no longer be holding onto the games that I have.

Members with games late or members that with games "Waiting to ship" have been updated as LATE. (This includes myself). These members will no longer be eligible to receive games until this status has been removed.
Also, I would like a poll on the games that have no ship date (ie: the ones people had before I took over the thread). Starting in the new year should I mark them to be shipped out after 6 additional months have passed as the members would already have had more than 1 year to complete them?
Additional notes: At the end of this month I will be purchasing all games that have been lost to re-donate them to the thread so the members that want to play through them will be able to.

I think the 6 months on the games is reasonable at the start of 2013. It seems they would have had the games for a long enough time.
