I'm pretty sure it said GOTY Edition on the disc when I checked it before it shipped out.
I got Dirt 2 and Batman AA from AJ today.
The disc for Batman says "Game of the Year" but the case does not.
I will go ahead and mail out the original with some other games that you wanted to you and since there is already a copy of GOTY version with Real, feel free to send that copy to myself and I will keep it as a backup.
Update coming later today.

We have that in the Waffle Thread already as well. Most if not all members have already played through it.

Okay, I feel the need to mention something about this publicly. DWG, I don't like popping into this thread to find my name on a "list" of people who simply haven't given you an update.
I will preface with saying I DO believe there is a point where you need to mention that you are unable to contact someone who has a game that was supposed to be shipped. This way other members are aware, and possibly can help contact to resolve the issue.
However my frustration with this is that I simply came in here to find that all I have not done was give you an update....well guess what, that has always happened and will continue to happen. Anyone you can't get a hold of to get a new list, simply has no list. This is how it should be. And no one should ever be removed until they break rules, delete their account or simply stop coming to the site for an extended length (say like a year).
Why am I frustrated you may ask? Simply this: you have sent out plenty of general messages to everyone but never taken the time to send just me a message. I would send out at least 3 messages directly to a member before I would mention anything in the thread...and by personal I mean send it only to them and put their name in the message so they know it was to them. So as far as I know you haven't sent anyone else on this list this kind of message either. Maybe you have, but again just finding my name on a list of people who won't contact you is more than frustrating when you can't take the time to send me a message to ask just me if I want to stay on the thread.
To answer that question, yes I do want to stay on the thread. Sorry, but no games either interest me or simply I have them or have played them. Such is the dismay of completing over 500 games and having 300 on your shelf.
Much as other people did to me over the course of a couple years I felt that a lack of response was in itself a response. Maybe this wasn't fair to you, but again, where was my message asking me what was going on?
So my suggestion to you is that you message everyone on your list individually (like I had to do) and ask them what's up. I'm sure you'll find that at least some will take the time to respond to a short message directed at them simply asking what's going on. You'll still have people not respond and if those happen to have a game and you try a couple times with no response, then they should be called out in the thread.
I'm sorry if I sound like an ass, but it's a HUGE pet peeve of mine to not take the time to contact someone individually and just make assumptions...
Edit: as a note for Silly, she is in med school, and if she doesn't have games, just assume she doesn't want any. Nursing school was intense enough, med school is supposedly more so...

I did not mean that list to be disrespectful in any way to any member. In the message that I had sent to everyone, I had mentioned that I would be sending games out to members that have contacted me with an updated list and that if no list was received by the end of November that I would just move the games into retirement that were not wanted by any member. The list was meant to serve as a reason to show why I have not sent out certain games to some of the members. I had planned to contact each member individually that is waiting on games to see if they wanted to update their list before I sent out any games.
A message I received earlier stated that members have quit due to having games that did not have a time while I implemented one. I only added the time limit last month as I find it unfair for members to have to wait an unknown amount of time to receive a game. Even then those members will have had those games for over 18 months. Any game a member has that no other members are interested in receiving I will continually add an additional 6 months at that members request before asking them to ship out that game.
If there is any other changes that I have made or anything I have done that any members disagree with, please feel free to post it or send me a PM. I am not more important than any other member on this thread and many of you have been participating long before I even join XBA.

While I understand this, what you essentially did was call out anyone who hasn't responded in the thread. You really should consider waiting to post something like that until you've sent the individual responses.
The other members don't need to know who hasn't responded to a request. It could have simply been states several (or a dozen or however many) members haven't responded. I shouldn't have to come in the thread to see I've been called out and have a note about being removed when you haven't contacted me first...

If anyone knows of stores that will have specific games on sale during Black Friday for $25 or less that they would like to see donated. Please let me know so that I can see if I can get them after I get out of work that day. I am setting aside at least $200 for XBox 360 games for Black Friday and will be donating all to the thread that day so I would like some suggestions. Only game I currently have planned to purchase for more than $25 is Assassin's Creed III. I also plan to pick up the combo of Kinect Sports Seasons 1 & 2 for $25 and Dead Island for $10.
I will keep an updated list of Future Purchases on post #4 on the front page of the thread so that members can see what games will be donated. Any member that would also like to donate more games in the future can let me know which date they plan to donate it and I will add those games in the same section.
