well coke does grow it has to be made into the drug for the streets and coke you can od on so there not even close to the same thing. weed you just pick and smoke dont have to add anything or do anything to it so yes it is natural.

The rub to this is that even if you do nothing, you will still die.
On top of that, when you indulge in "destructive" habits you are essentially cutting off the shittiest parts of your life anyway, when you are old and decrepit and falling apart.
It's a desire to see loved ones happy and perhaps differing beliefs in an afterlife of some sort that would keep a person from only doing things they enjoy.
This happens to me a lot, strangely: people see me smoking a cigarette and say, "You know, those things will kill you."
to which I reply, "So if I don't smoke, I'll never die??"
